There is only one point of attention, the screen. You, the visitor, do not significantly exist in that space. There is only the story and the director who made that story telling you, dictating you how to feel, how to think, whom to empathise with.

There is no point of attention, you have to choose where to look. You, the visitor, significantly exist in that space. There is only you, the visitor, dictating the way of how you feel, and what to empathise with, making up your own story. Come out and tell me that story. Is that still cinema?
